Developing our Pipeline of Future Leaders

gategroup is excited to welcome its first Operational Graduate Trainees!

Our new flagship graduate program is a global entry level talent initiative to strengthen our operational talent pipeline and develop the next generation of operational leaders.

The Graduate Trainees are based in units across all regions of the gategroup universe and will complete an 18-month structured program and prepare them to take on a key role in the operations. The on-the-job learning is complemented by an ongoing training & development track to ensure the Graduate Trainees acquire key tools and soft skills to be a successful leader at gategroup. The blended training strategy includes face-to-face training weeks as well as various virtual interventions. All Graduate Trainees will be given the opportunity to get the Six Sigma Green Belt certification and are assigned a dedicated mentor to support their onboarding.
